I worked as art director for this sweet journal my school put out every semester. This drawing I sketched while in class one day listening to a professional artist speak to the class. Does anyone else find it easier to listen while drawing? Sometimes my best ideas come from something someone said without them even thinking it was a good story! haha
Our theme was “transformation” that semester- and this could be looked at as not two faces, but the same person over time becoming more quiet, solemn and thoughtful, or perhaps the opposite: more talkative outgoing, etc- how do you view it? and if your first reaction is one over the other, does that mean you are more likely to be what you see? or is it the opposite?
